Terms and Conditions
Goods supplied are subject to the following terms and conditions. Both parties must
expressly agree any variations.
Supply
The Royal Mint reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Availability
All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices
All prices shown are in sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Payments
No extra charge is made for credit/debit card payments.
Delivery
The Royal Mint endeavours to deliver all goods within 21 days of acceptance of your
order. If we are unable to deliver your order within 21 days, you will be offered
substitute goods and/or a revised delivery date. At your option, you may accept
the substitute goods or the revised delivery date. Alternatively, you may cancel
your order in which case a full refund for the goods will be provided.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your
order within seven working days starting the day after receipt of the goods. A full
refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
Customers are expected to take all reasonable care with goods whilst they are in
their possession.
Earrings
Unless faulty, earrings may only be returned provided that the attached seal has
not been broken. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory
rights.
Personalised goods
Unless faulty, goods which are clearly personalised may not be returned.
Returns
Should you wish to return any goods please notify us by email on coin.club@royalmint.gov.uk
or by telephone on 0845 608822 in order to arrange the method of return.
Packaging Materials
The Royal Mint reserves the right to change any packaging material used.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, the Royal Mint guarantees that it will buy
back from the original purchaser at the full original purchase price any goods returned,
providing they are returned within 30 days of receipt by registered post, complete
and in mint condition.
